Communication is from heart-to-heart and from moment to moment.

Everyone can work to be conscious. As soon as you know and accept your fears, vulnerabilities, blockages and needs, you have a broader field of action you can tap. The relationship between inner and outer reality is central to our work. Your feelings are your internal reality. The world around is your external reality. The meeting of the two realities provokes certain reactions that are often not conscious yet. These will be the material for the experience in our work.
What consequences do they have on your body, your mind, your soul?
During the sessions, different feelings will emerge that will become aware, concrete.

Therapy is an apprenticeship. As a Tibetan Lama once said, therapy is a School of Consciousness:
Being aware of our needs, our wounds, our strengths, and weaknesses, our emotions, feelings and desires, our need for meaning,
Why should we do this?
To live a life that suits us. All too often, we have the feeling that we are living a life that is imposed on us, that we have no choice.
Therapy means experimenting in a caring environment where you feel safe:

  • buried or unburied fear,

  • courage,

  • responsibility,

  • love and friendship,

  • justice or, sometimes, a feeling of injustice, anger, cheerfulness, etc.

  • Experiencing the self-compassion, trust and ability to set limits that are essential to freedom.
